3.1 Pricing

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled service time. If we cannot access your property due to your failure to provide access, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

5.2 Preparation of Space

To ensure efficient cleaning, please remove any clutter, personal items, or valuables from areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for cleaning areas that are inaccessible due to clutter or obstacles.

5.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Property Damage

While we take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or damage resulting from client-provided cleaning products or equipment.

6.2 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6.3 Insurance

We maintain comprehensive business liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
